When I send invoices they tell you to choose if the invoice is for goods or services.

What should be chosen when sending money requests for digital art commissions?

By US law and paypal's standards, digital items don't technically count as goods because you're not receiving a physical object, which is why if you include commissions in your taxes, you don't have to charge a tax on digital commissions from what I've read and researched.
